Despite having a successful career in the IT sector, in lockdown 2020 Phil decided he could no longer stay in a job where he was unhappy, unfulfilled, not enjoying the work he did and not aware of or realising his true potential.
At a time when most people were gripped by fear due to the Covid pandemic, either being laid off or grimly hanging onto their jobs, Phil took an unbelievably bold decision to consider walking away from his well paid senior management job and start on a voyage of self-discovery to find fulfilling new work.
